How much CBD should I take?

If you’re a new user, we recommend starting low and slow. If you’re a new user, it’s best to start with a relatively small dose to see how your body reacts to CBD. In fact, for some, it takes about two weeks for the full benefits of CBD to be felt. Consistent use is a huge aspect of maintaining and feeling the rewards CBD has to offer.

If you’re ingesting CBD, you typically feel the affects an hour or two after eating, depending on your metabolism. If you’re smoking/vaping or taking drops sublingually, you’re more likely to feel the affects much sooner, possibly 15 to 30 minutes after use.

If concerned, talk to your doctor about dosing, as they might have a specific amount in mind. It’s safe to say that starting with one dropper full or taking one gummy is a good starting point.
